A visual history of Rocky Mountain Labs in Montana—from Howard Ricketts to the present day—covering a period of roughly 100 years. The illustration traces the early years of Rocky Mountain Lab in a small schoolhouse to its current incarnation as a world renowned BSL4 research lab. The isometric line drawings depict different groups at the lab as well as different stages of facility development. The image has since been used for presentations for lab all-hands meetings, on stickers, and most prominently on the official RML mug. Proceeds from the mug go to Club RML to finance various lab initiatives and support local nonprofit organizations.
